After a hard-fought four days at The World Games in Birmingham, Alabama, that raps up an amazing tournament for the boys in red and white‼️
Even with a loss in the 5th place match that finished in a 12-1 loss against Team Switzerland. The boys held their own against one of the best European teams with the score only 2-1 after two periods of play. Unfortunately, the game ended with a score of 12-1 for the Swiss but the coaching staff is extremely proud of how the team competed from start to finish.
We want to thank everyone that supported us during the last week and the athletes we have met along the way. Shout out to our amazing coaching staff who held their own throughout the games.
We look forward to the Men's World Floorball Championships in Zurich / Winterthur, Switzerland in November of 2022 and hope for great success. As for now, 6th place never felt so good‼️
