SHELDON INKOL was in on the ground floor of the TFL, and his team won the championship in the first 3 seasons. In 2005/06 he was named Playoff MVP as Team Salming took the crown for the first time. He has twice been the co-winner of the top TFL defender award. Sheldon has played in every Canada Cup and was named the Toronto team's MVP in the inaugural tournament. He also helped Team Ontario take silver at the first Canadian National Championships in 2007, but Sheldon's favourite floorball memory is scoring 6 points in the deciding game of the 2005/06 playoffs, an 8-7 victory over a heavily favoured TNEX squad. He says he will only retire after winning a championship with his son Jackson, who is now 7, so he expects to be playing for another 10 years or so. Sheldon wears contact lenses.
