Following the Floorball Canada Annual General Meeting (Sunday September 25th at 9:00pm EST) the following slate of candidates have been identified for the next FC Board of Directors.
Each position carries a 2 year term. Yes or No votes are accepted for the appointed candidates for each position as the election is uncontested. There are 11 board positions and 11 candidates. Attention all players interested in playing for the Women's National Team!!
Floorball Canada is pleased to announce the official dates for the Women's World Floorball Championship Qualifier which will take place in Toronto, ON at Toronto Metropolitan University from February 24-26, 2023.
Prior to the WFCQ, Floorball Canada is planning to host multiple tryout events in order to put a team together for the matchup against USA Floorball. The winner of the WFCQ event will represent North America at the Women's World Floorball Championships 2023 held in Singapore from December 2-10, 2023.

The Men's U19 World Championship Qualifier's was in Salt Lake City, UT September 2-3. Team Canada lost both matched against USA (11-5, 9-4) giving a total score of 20-9 which means that USA MU19 have qualified for the MU19 World Floorball Championships in Denmark in the end of April 2023!
Nathan Nadeau (3g,1a) and Justin Knight (2g,1a) both from Ottawa Blizzard FC each received a player of the game award, and Nadeau received tournament MVP for Team Canada.
